用軟體比proe數控加工有刻模圖案和字體都加工字體下方正有120多種。

要做賓士標志,首先我們分析,模型應該由一個外圈和一個3角標組成,首先我們用3D基本模型創建一個圓環
給足夠的片段數,然後把這個圓轉化為poly(可編輯多邊形),選中圓內豎向的線,點擊ring
把所有的分段線都選中,點擊connect加線
並且讓這一圈線靠近內圈,
然後選擇圓環的外圈切換到側視圖
向下拉,模擬出圓環的造型,因為
賓士圓環並不是一個普通的圓
而是表面有角度的如下圖
外圈畫好後
按照外圈的半徑
用線
下的
star
星星
畫出一個3個角的星
調整參數
使其接近賓士造型
並對其到圓環內
給星星添加extrude
擠出命令
擠出適當的厚度
這時候的大概出來了
但是星星的表面是平的
但實物是
中間鼓起來的
這時候我們把星星轉為poly,進入面級別
選中正面整個面

face
extrude
面擠出
命令

,第一個參數
擠出高度
自己憑感覺,第二個參數
縮放
給0
就可以了,結果如圖
整個模型就完成了
我們渲染一下,完工(我沒給材質,只是灰色)

數控車床車銑中心是穩定、快速、精密的加工方式,刀塔+櫛式的設計可減少換刀機台空跑的距離,並且提高加工的效率。櫛式刀座讓簡易的銑削可在車床上同步完成,節省二次加工的麻煩和不便。6000rpm精密主軸,穩定且提供高效率的切削能力。15°傾斜床台設計,兼顧力學及排屑,讓原本刀塔+櫛式式的排屑不易得到完整的解決。線軌式設計,滿足使用者切削負荷和快速移動的需求,讓加工物件的車削紋路細致且精度穩定

⑽ 數控銑床的操作步驟

1、開機回到參考點

2.將機床工作台移動到機床中間(按負向鍵,否則會超程),將工件放在工作台上。

3.用百分表找正,然後夾緊工件(如果工件允許,夾緊後銑方也可以,所以不再用百分表找正);如果使用平口鉗,應首先校正鉗口。

對刀:對刀儀安裝在主軸上。當主軸正轉時(光電對刀儀不旋轉),先在X方向對刀,將操作界面轉(按)到手輪,先將刀具移動到工件右端,然後在X方向慢慢靠近工件,直到准確為止,在Z方向提起刀具(X方向不能移動),重新設定X方向的相對坐標,然後將刀具移動到工件左端,再慢慢向+X方向靠近工件,直到准確為止,再向Z方向移動。除以2得到一個值,然後把這個值往+X方向移動,准確記下此時的機床坐標,填入G54等工件坐標系。這樣,再次在Y方向對刀,從+Y到Y方向對刀。

Z向對刀:使用塞尺、測量桿、Z向壓力機對刀。精確後,添加負厚度(塞尺、測量桿、Z向壓力機等。)到G54等工件的坐標系。

如果運行手動程序,還應將刀具半徑補償值填入刀具補償中。

自動編程:按DNC,按單段,按循環啟動,PC機上的通訊軟體按發送。
